AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use this website and services as offered by Energy Healing with Rebecca. By accessing this website or purchasing my services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time at my sole discretion. Your continued use of this website or my services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This website and all services and materials therein or transferred thereby, including without limitation, images, text, graphics, photographs, logos, videos, audios, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Energy Healing with Rebecca unless otherwise stated. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, post, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, aggregate, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, nor forge or manipulate headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through this website and my services.

PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the services or content on this website or of any third parties to submit false or misleading information, to spam, phish, pretext, or scrape, to transmit any type of malicious code, or for any immoral purpose.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The services I offer are are not a replacement for medical or psychiatric advice. I cannot diagnose, prescribe, or provide guaranteed results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Energy Healing with Rebecca be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, use of content, or other tangible or intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this website and my services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Energy Healing with Rebecca assumes no liability for any mistakes, errors, or inaccuracies of content on this website nor on any third-party websites linked therein, and does not necessarily endorse the views and opinions expressed in linked third-party websites.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You must be age 18 or older to make a purchase on this website. When making a purchase, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service/product listing before making a commitment to purchase it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract wherein you complete the check-out payment process and I commit to providing the service/product booked/ordered, which is breakable upon booking/order cancellation. I reserve the right to refuse any booking/order placed, limit quantities purchased, change prices for services/products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. I may, without prior notice, change the services or products and/or stop providing the services, products, or any features thereof for any reason.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations made prior to the 48 hours before your service session are eligible to incur a refund, or you may reschedule for a future session. Service cancellations made within 48 hours of your service session are not eligible for a refund. These terms also apply to services purchased as a package.

Custom digital product purchases will be fully refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom digital product purchases are not eligible for a refund if cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, as the product creation process has already been initiated. Pre-made (non-custom) digital product purchases are not eligible for refunds, with the exception of unused gift certificates.
